Order Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The delivery process is divided into two key stages:

  • Processing Time: This refers to the time we need to prepare your order. It includes tasks like gathering your items, assembling them, quality checking, and packaging. Processing time can vary depending on the destination address and how efficiently we are able to prepare your items.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping time starts after your order has been processed and dispatched. This time varies based on the shipping method you choose and the delivery location.

Please note that our order cutoff time is set at (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

There may be slight delays during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales events, so we appreciate your patience during these times.

We work with several reputable carriers to ensure the smooth delivery of your items, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall delivery time is calculated by combining both the processing and shipping times.

We handle orders during business days, which are Monday to Friday, following Eastern Standard Time (EST). This excludes national postal holidays like New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Please note that some shipping carriers may take 5-7 business days to update tracking information after your package has shipped. If more than 10 business days have passed without any tracking updates, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

How to Track Your Order?

To track your order, simply visit the Track Order section on our website. Enter your order number and shipping details to check the latest status of your package.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We strive to ensure that all packages are delivered within the estimated time frame. However, in rare cases, delays may occur. If your package hasn’t arrived within 45 days, we will issue a full refund. If your package is delayed, we kindly ask that you contact us with your order details, and we will respond within 12 hours to help resolve the issue.

If your tracking information shows that your package was marked as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, here are a few steps to take:

  1. Check your property to see if the package was left in a secure or hidden location.
  2. Contact the courier, whose information will be included in the shipping notification email.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We are not responsible for undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please take care to double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If you notice an error, reach out to us at [email protected] immediately. While we will do our best to help, please keep in mind that our email response time is typically 48 hours. If your package is shipped during this time frame, changes to your shipping address may not be possible.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Legendjerseys is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may apply in your delivery region. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and handle any regional restrictions, taxes, customs fees, or other charges. In the following situations, Legendjerseys will not cover these additional fees:

  • If the package is refused or declined by the customer.
  • If the package is unable to be delivered after multiple attempts in the destination region.
